Delivery Costs
Our fast and secure delivery service is available all across the US and Caribbean. Standard delivery is within 3 working days; orders can be delivered next day for most of the locations between 9a-4p for a small extra charge. Most deliveries come on large lorries with tail-lift (and pump truck) therefore it is important to inform us about any restricted areas. The order will be dropped to the safest and closest location to your property. To find the delivery price to your chosen address simply find the zone according to your postcode. Please note that these prices are per pallet prices.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch goods within 2 working days from receipt of your confirmed order. We will do everything within our control to meet this time, however, we are governed by delivery promises made to us and from time to time we may not be able to maintain our usual order delivery time. In these circumstances we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
We do not accept any liability whatsoever if delivery dates/periods are not met for any reason.
Delivery charges will vary depending upon the item(s) being purchased. In many instances the cost will be displayed for you at the time you make your purchase. Where indicated you will need to contact us to discuss delivery charges.Non delivery of goods – must be notified to us within 24 hours and confirmed in writing within 5 working days. We cannot be held responsible for any further delivery of customs charges incurred once the goods have left our premises.
Where deliveries are made and there is no signed delivery note for it, we reserve the right to charge delivery again.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security

A copy of your credit card (front and back) and driver's license will be required for all orders over $1,000.00. We reserve the right to request this information for charges that are approved but the billing address and zip do not match the ship to address. Credit card refunds are subject to a 2.39% fee of the total amount of the charge. You can feel perfectly safe shopping with Antico Stone & Tile - we do not pass on any of your personal data; your credit card and bank details are processed through secure servers.
Confirmation of your Order
An order acknowledgement will be returned to you automatically as soon as your order is received and processed. Your order acknowledgement will provide a full description of the goods purchased.

Guarantee
Claims covering receipt of damaged goods must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please note that when you sign your delivery note you are signing for goods received in good condition – if there is any sign of damage whatsoever you must state this on the delivery note AND THEN CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. Signing the delivery note constitutes receipt of goods in good condition and claims will not be honored in these cases.
- Customer misuse and abuse is not covered by warranty; charges will be made for service and repairs made to equipment misused and/or abused. Antico Stone & Tile accepts no liability for any claims resulting from, but not exclusively: late delivery, failed delivery, equipment breakdown or intermittent malfunction. This includes direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage, whether arising from loss of revenue or loss of profits. Stock availability is not guaranteed; when stock is no longer available the item(s) will be special order or back order.

Privacy Policy
Antico Stone & Tile does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Return Policy
The customer has the right to cancel any order within 24 hours following receipt of the goods; however they shall be responsible for the cost of returning the items in all original packaging. It must be unused, and in good resalable condition. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel, the repayment (less any deductions agreed and advised) will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation.
NOTE: If goods were supplied to you by special order and are not currently displayed in our showroom or on our website they will not be accepted as a return unless they have been received (and signed for) as damaged on delivery.
- We reserve the right to levy a 15-25% restocking charge for refused deliveries of correctly supplied goods.
- If goods have been supplied correctly but are not required and it has been more than 24 hours after receipt then you (the purchaser) will be responsible for any carriage charge to return those goods.
- NO RETURNS will be accepted without prior agreement, please contact us and obtain a return authorization number before returning goods. Returns will not be accepted 30 days after the invoice date.
